We’ve made these resources available to all Young Leaders in Hinchingbrooke to allow you to complete them at your own pace, without the needs to wait for the next in-person course. All Modules, except A and K, are available for you to complete online.
Read through the instructions below before progressing.
How do I complete the Modules online?
- Read through the each of the sections of each Module
- Complete each of the available activities, either digitally or on paper
- Submit your evidence and we’ll record it against your Online Scout Manager (OSM) records for your Group’s leaders to see.
Which Modules do I need to do?
All Young Leaders must complete Module A within 3 months of starting your new role. All other Modules are optional, however you will only receive your recognitions of achievement when you complete them all, plus they are super helpful in making your Young Leader experience more successful!
If you are not sure which Modules you have already completed, email us to ask and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I complete the Modules in-person?
Yes!
If you learn more effectively through presentations and practical sessions, or just want time away from the screen, you can complete these Modules in-person.
These sessions are ran by Cambridgeshire Scouts Young Leader Training Team. You can find the next available courses here.
Remember that Modules A and K must be completed in-person.
